Have you ever noticed how no one ever talks on airplanes anymore?

When I was a kid or even a teenager I was eager to sit next to a complete unknown individual and strike up a conversation.

Now I you sit down barely nod, if your feeling really friendly you might even turn up the corners of your mouth feigning what could be mistaken as a smile.

Then you proceed to sit down and sit in complete silence for the duration of your trip.

I wonder what the energy field would looks like around us so close but yet so far.

Are we saving ourselves or wasting a chance to meet someone new.

I vote to break the silence.

For the sake of conversation lets just say that there was an Adam and Eve.

If that is the case, then I would like to know how long was before she took the fated bite.

Was it 2 years or 20 of bliss?

Did you ever think that, perhaps Adam and Eve were getting lazy in their love and lovemaking. What if they found it hard to communicate over all that time being the only two people on earth?

Temptation, it has happened to us all. Sometimes we overcome the urge and are better and more evolved for it. Other times we fall prey. Whether the apple be sweet or sour, the taste always teaches us a lesson.

Thanks Eve, for keeping it interesting.

I bet most of you think that Hillary Clinton is the first women to run for, the "President of the United States".

Well not only is that false, but the list of women is long. Although there is only one in which I would like to speak of.

She was the first women to ever run for president 136 years ago. Her name was Victoria Woodhull.

Friends with the rich, infamous and scandalous, Victoria fed the homeless and nursed the sick.

She believed and was an advocate of birth control, graduated income tax, social welfare progress, better public housing, easier divorce laws, world government, and the female orgasm.

Did I mention that she was the first women on Wall Street and owned her own newspaper.

She ran for office in a time when women could not even vote. I wonder how she would fare now.

She was a women truly ahead of her time.

I vote for Victoria Woodhull.

It's summer and that means BBQ season, late night walks on the beach and summer parties. The maxi dress is great for this.  It works with flip flops and fun accessories.    There are a few designers that make a really cute version.    These dresses are by Splendid, Diane V.Furstenberg, and Tbags.

We have all heard of the saying "you are what you eat". The fact is TRUE.

Recently, I have been vigilant about taking vitamins for my skin. The effects are proof that my new regime is working.

Omega 3-help maintain cell membranes so that they are effective barriers--allowing water and nutrients in, and keeping toxins out. Omega-3s also seem to be able to protect skin against sun damage. In a study of skin cancer, people who ate diets rich in fish oils and other omega 3 fats had a 29% lower risk of squamous cell cancer than those who got very little omega 3 fats from food.

Ester C- is involved in collagen production and protects cells from free radical damage. Scientific studies found that when lab animals ate vitamin C-fortified food, their skin was better able to fight off oxidative damage. That said, replenish your skin's vitamin C stores by eating plenty of vitamin C-rich fruits and vegetables on a daily basis.

Alpha-Lipoic Acid- it has been demonstrated that free radical damage is one of the leading causes of the symptoms we know as aging. As we get older, the levels of free radicals in our bodies increase, causing a decrease in the efficiency of our cells. This leads to a lack of energy, lower immune system function among other issues. Coincidentally, the levels of ALA in our bodies decrease with age as the free radical activity increases. Supplementation with ALA can help reverse this process.

So start popping those pills!

I just discovered Agave syrup.   It's a great alternative to sugar or honey.    Use it in coffee, tea or drinks and you can cook with it too.    Low glycemic index is great for cutting carbs and keeping you healthy.

Organic Agave is the perfect sweetening option for those concerned with sugar in their diet or with cutting empty carbohydrates. Agave, sourced from the cactus-like agave plant in Mexico, is an organic, plant-derived sweetener with a glycemic index of only 11. (The glycemic index assigns normal carbohydrate glucose the number 100. Generally, the lower the glycemic index, the less impact a particular food will have on blood sugar levels.)

Formerly a favorite food of the Aztecs, agave is high in fructose rather than glucose, which allows it to be absorbed slowly into the blood stream, avoiding the "rush" often associated with refined sugar.

If asked to describe catty, I would say that it is an act often expressed by insulting words or a look of disdain directed to the sister sex.

This act, is usually exercised because of jealousy. The reasons are to each to it's own.

Often it only personifies, our own insecurities. It is an age-old behavior between girls, which starts before puberty.

Are we not all original?

So come on Sophia give Jane a break.

Raise your hand, not to block the sun: but to salute Colore Science Suncreen.

As an avid surfer and nature lover, I find myself always outdoors. Which means, I have shelled out countless penny's for the top of the line Sunscreens.

My Criteria:
  • Protect my face and body from receiving to much sun thus one day making me look like a worn leather bag
  • Do not clog my pores and make me sweat or breakout because puss is evil
  • Do not wear off in the water and cause me to suffer from sunburn and look like a beef steak tomato
  • Do not change my skin to milky color and screw up my healthy tan

Nothing has worked better then Colore Science.

Made in powder form it does not leave you greasy but gives a matte finish. It lasts up to 2 hours in the water and is 30SPF.

I have heard that 30SPF is the highest SPF and all else is false advertising.

Either way, not only do I want a life time supply, I want to buy stock. So stock up, and get ready for summer.
